These are wonderful events featuring often little known, critically acclaimed and hard to find Spanish Wines, paired with Great Food, Live Spanish Music and Flamenco Dance Show.

Our Fall Game and Wine Dinner will be on Thursday, November 15

Chef Emilio will focus his Five Course Dinner Menu on Fresh Game and the Celebration of the Fall Season.

The wines are perfectly matched to Chef Emilio’s Creations for the evening.  They include six wonderful wines: Spanish Cava, two Spanish Whites, and three Reds – one from Portugal and two from Spain.  All are highly prized, from independent, traditional producers, with very limited production and distribution.

Adrianne Gregory will be the guest speaker from Terraneo Merchants to enlighten us on these exceptional wines and vineyards.

We’ll save some surprises, however here are two wines to look forward to:

 

The Flower & The Bee Treixadura, Coto de Gomariz.

“…made with 100% Treixadura from organically and bio dynamically farmed vineyards”.

 

2006 Senor de Lesmos Rioja Reserva, from Bodega Casa Juan.

“All estate fruit, hand harvested, and carefully vinified with native yeasts, this is a hand sewn wine with the purity, texture and elegance to prove it. Produced from 85% Tempranillo and 15% Mazuelo…”

 

It’s going to be another great night of Exquisite Spanish Cuisine, Wine, and Camaraderie.

Reception starts at 6:00 pm and we’ll sit down to Dinner at 7:00 pm.

Live Spanish Music and Flamenco Dance Show will entertain throughout the evening.
